PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy covers Thavage (thavage.com) and the Thavage plugin distributed via the Claude Code plugin directory and Claude.ai skill uploads. Both are operated by F3 Strategy.
1. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT
Web Tool (thavage.com)
When you submit a project for estimation through the web tool, we collect:
- Your project description (truncated to 2,000 characters)
- Project type selection (software, physical, or hybrid)
- Completion percentage
- The generated estimate result (JSON)
- Response time metrics
- Your IP address is used transiently for rate limiting. IP addresses are not stored in our database.
- File metadata if you upload files — file names, sizes, and categories only. File contents are analyzed in memory for estimation accuracy but are never stored.
- If you choose to unlock report downloads, the email address you provide and the associated submission ID/source metadata.
We do not require accounts or collect names. Most submissions are anonymous. We only collect an email address when you voluntarily provide one to unlock downloads for a specific estimate.
Claude Code Plugin & Claude.ai Skill
The Thavage plugin and skill are entirely local. They consist of Markdown instruction files that run within your Claude Code, Cowork, or Claude.ai session. The plugin does not transmit any data to F3 Strategy or any third party. It does not make network requests. It does not collect, store, or access any user data beyond what you provide directly in your Claude conversation.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
Anonymous submission data from the web tool is used for:
- Improving estimation accuracy over time
- Generating aggregated, anonymous benchmark reports on AI cost savings across project types and industries
- Monitoring tool performance and reliability
If you provide an email to unlock downloads, we use it to associate that lead with the estimate you unlocked. We do not sell that data or use it for ad targeting.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The web tool uses the following third-party services to function:
- Anthropic API — Your project description is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the cost estimate. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training.
- Supabase — Anonymous submission data (description, result, metadata) is stored in a Supabase-hosted PostgreSQL database for benchmarking and tool improvement.
- Vercel — The web tool is hosted on Vercel. Standard server logs (timestamps, status codes) are generated by the hosting platform.
We do not share, sell, or license your individual submission data to any other third party.
4. DATA RETENTION
Anonymous submission data from the web tool is retained for benchmark analysis purposes. We periodically review and remove stored data that is no longer needed for tool improvement or lead follow-up. There is no account system and no login required. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
The Claude Code plugin and Claude.ai skill store no data whatsoever. Any data generated during a Claude session is governed by Anthropic's data retention policies, not ours.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
Because the web tool has no account system, most submissions cannot be tied back to a specific person. If you voluntarily provided an email to unlock downloads, contact us and we will address access, correction, or deletion requests related to that lead record.
6. SECURITY
All data transmission uses HTTPS encryption. The web tool implements rate limiting (10 requests per minute per IP, 500 estimates per day globally). IP addresses are used transiently for rate limiting and are not stored. Input sanitization prevents prompt injection and abuse. File uploads are size-limited (200KB per file, 1MB total) and content is processed in memory without persistent storage.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This tool is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the tool after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
